| General Equipment Inc. is an authorized dealer
for Kobelco, New Holland Construction, Doosan and Terex equipment products with
more than 27 years of construction experience. GEI began in 1982 renting and
selling used construction equipment for the greater Seattle area. As GEI’s
customer base grew so did the need for a larger facility.

| In 1985 GEI moved to its current location of Pacific Washington. Through
the late eightys and early ninetys GEI began to focus its efforts to
late model low hour excavators. Through the ninety’s GEI provided the
Northwest region with over 125 units annually. With an ever-expanding
need for construction equipment and a reputation for providing an
unparallel product and service GEI embarked on a joint venture with CNH
to distribute Kobelco and New Holland Construction Equipment. As of
2005 GEI is one of the leading distributors of Kobleco Construction
Equipment in the Nation. In 2008 GEI chose an additional manufacturer to represent.
With Doosan GEI has again put its customer first with yet another premier product line
at the customer's disposal.
